Investor profile: Interest in open sea life style or fishing enthusiast. Investor bringing kins and friends will create a natural marketing tools for referrals.
Sea Resort: A 12m x 12m unit built-up consisting of 4 rooms with attached bathroom and 1 worker cum storeroom.
1. The investment is for the full period of the company licence to operate till 2050.
2. The investment will include all maintenance and repairs for 10 years.
3. At the end of 10 years there will be a charge of $10,000/- for major repairs and maintenance to warranty for next 5 years.
4. A set of 5kVa solar energy system with 1 standby 5kVa petrol generator.
5. 2 pieces of watermat 6m x 2m x 45mm thk.
Investment Returns:
1. BKR will pay $20/- per person per night for guest staying in the resort to investors.
2. The resort will operate from April to November and close for maintenance during the monsoon month of December to March.
3. Based on occupancy rate of 30%, ROI to be expected is $3,000/- per month for 8months and $24,000/- per year
