The nature of the cafe business is retailing of ice cream, waffles and coffee + Coffee workshops + catering for events + distribution of coffee equipment.
On top of that, our company has 4 WDA approved Coffee courses to be taught at $240 for 3 of the courses and $280 for the last one.
Renovation do not need to be done(unless you would like to adjust the arrangement or look)and equipments are all in good conditions.

2nd option, taking over the cafe(equipments will be provided and customer base already built) with your own new company name, trainings will be provided.

3rd option, is buying over the equipments and recipes, with training provided. You will have to find your own company space and open your own company name.
