We are a Private Corporation formed in the United States on the 19 of June 2019. A form S1 was filed with the US SEC to go public on September 21, 2021 hoping to raise capital to expand our honey business into Europe. However, due to the Russia invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 and had persisted for more than 3 months, we filed a Registration Withdrawal with the US SEC on June 16, 2022. We ceased our honey business at the end of 2022 due to financial hardship caused by the rising operating cost while implementing our business expansion into Europe. We have since been going through a restructuring and rebranding. While maintaining our license to carry on our honey business we have also diversified into the health supplement industry. We are now in need of additional funds to rejuvenate our operations and implement our business plan.

We were a manufacturer of honey straws. Honey straws are made by filling pure and natural honey into clear PE drinking straws and sealing the straws at both ends. We are now also able to produce pharmaceutical products under contractual basis. We operated with written Quality Standards and Requirements. Our Business is always driven with the important values of making the clients’ satisfaction ours and caring about how they feel all the time, by not compromising on standards and requirements with work excellency.

The company has a balance asset as of 31 December 2023 at USD21,611,467 which includes the Honey Straw Industrial Design registered in 32 countries and a Patented Production System registered with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore. This system has a potential of generating more than USD6 Billion in revenues per year from targeted market sectors.

We are in the midst of a fund-raising campaign to issue 300,000,000 new shares in exchange for cash to keep the company going.

We are authorized to issue up to 3,000,000,000 shares and the outstanding shares issued as of the date of this listing is 2,690,910,200.
