I Can Read (ICR) is a global English Language Education organisation. Besides general English Language skills, we are known for our unique and proven English Literacy programme for learners of the English Language and beginning readers – the I Can Read System. For Singapore franchising, we will focus on franchising: Yue Xue Le (越学乐). This is our flagship Chinese language enrichment and tuition programme for students from N1 to Primary 6, aligned to the Singapore MOE syllabus. Yue Xue Le (越学乐) was established by a dedicated team of Chinese language educators and curriculum specialists, with decades of experience in the Singapore and international Chinese education systems.
Our programmes are built on a proven framework – inspired by the success of the renowned I Can Read system, thoughtfully adapted to support young learners aged 2.5 to 12 in mastering the Chinese language.
